Terms and Conditions for the Airbnb Partnership Program
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Airbnb Partnership Program (the "Program"). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). 2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.Participants must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.We reserve the right to accept or reject any application to join the Program at our sole discretion.
3. Program Description
The Program is designed to help Participants generate income through Airbnb property management by:
Providing training, tools, and resources to facilitate co-hosting agreements with property owners.Offering support for automating and optimizing short-term rental operations.
4. Participation Requirements
Participants agree to:
Complete all required training modules provided by the Program.Adhere to Airbnb’s community standards and local laws.Refrain from using the Program’s materials, resources, or tools for illegal or unethical purposes.
5. Fees and Payments
Enrollment in the Program may require a one-time or recurring fee, as outlined during registration.Payment must be made through the approved payment methods listed on our website.Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, and resources provided through the Program, including but not limited to training content, templates, and software, are the intellectual property of 15171563 Canada Inc.Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for their personal use in connection with the Program.Participants may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Program’s materials without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Participants agree to keep all proprietary information disclosed during the Program confidential.This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, and operational processes.Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of participation in the Program.
8. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for maintaining compliance with all local, state, and national laws relevant to short-term rental management.Participants must ensure that all co-hosting agreements with property owners are clear, lawful, and mutually agreed upon.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program and all materials provided are offered "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.We do not guarantee any specific financial results or success through participation in the Program.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a Participant’s access to the Program at any time for breach of these Terms or for behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Program’s integrity.Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms shall immediately cease.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
